Why Time Release Caffeine?

Stimulants can be administered to increase alertness and combat sleepiness. Caffeine is one of the most popular stimulants. One of the most common forms of administering caffeine is by consuming a cup of hot coffee early in the morning to help the individual become more alert when beginning the day. Ingesting large amounts of such beverages requires frequent trips to the beverage dispensing location, as well as frequent trips to the bathroom to eliminate liquids from the individuals body. Another problem that often is encountered is that the individual who consumes significant amounts of caffeinated beverages late in the day may experience problems when attempting to go to sleep that evening. Whereas it is necessary to consume the caffeinated beverage to provide a sufficient level of alertness in the later-afternoon hours, this increased level is often retained in the body until late evening when the individual often attempts to go to sleep. These increased caffeine

levels can thus interfere with the bodys normal rest time.

What is needed therefore is a product or method for easily administering stimulants such as an all natural green coffee extract formula so that the individual can achieve the desired level of alertness during certain hours while avoiding the retention or buildup of caffeine in the individuals system to levels which will interfere with their normal

Therefore, a capsule taken at 8 am will last until 4 pm. As the individual returns home from work, the caffeine levels begin to diminish below the stimulation level such that by bedtime the individual would be able to go to sleep without being affected by elevated levels of caffeine in his or her body. Moreover, by the following morning, the stimulant level will have returned to the individuals baseline level, thus allowing the process to be repeated

without building up levels of stimulant in the individuals system.
